Updates

CrewAnswer updates this page when a material subprocessor category changes. Customers with contractual notice terms should use their agreement's notice process for subprocessor objections.

Contract Posture

CrewAnswer's public no-training stance depends on keeping provider configuration and contractual terms aligned so callers' recordings and transcripts are not used to train general AI models. Specialized data-processing terms, regulated-workflow terms, and Quebec/PIPEDA assessments remain legal decisions, and CrewAnswer does not assert specialized terms are in place until the signed contract or counsel assessment exists.
